Is the Getty Center a Modern Day Fortress?

The lay out of the Getty Museum in Los Angeles has many characteristics of a fortress.

1)It is located on the top of a hill that overlooks Loss Angeles.

2) The strength of the walls are reinforced by a material called Travertine marble. This compound has 2-3 times the strength of concrete.

The walls are sloped and rounded which is characteristic of ancient fortresses.

Is this design intended to to serve as a defense against the population should they realize the wealth , technology and tunnels used for child trafficking that exist below?
