The Book The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion was published by Seryei Nilud in 1905 in Russia. The word “Protocol in this context signifies the minutes of the meeting attended by Learned Elders of Zion.
It is presumed that the protocols originated at the first Zionist Congress in 1897 under the presidency of Theodore Herzl.
